Students were also informed about ITB’s regular semester study-load policy of 20 credits, with a maximum of 24 credits.

Nurrohman also introduced Edunex, ITB’s official Learning Management System, which students use to access course materials, submit assignments, view assessment results, and join online classes. The session additionally covered credit transfer arrangements and procedures for adding or dropping elective courses within the academic calendar.
The presentation concluded with guidance for students to regularly monitor official ITB digital platforms and use the SiX Helpdesk for academic and administrative support. His participation contributed to the orientation program’s objective of helping international students understand ITB’s academic system and smoothly adapt to their studies.
