1 AR 1101 The Fundamentals of Planning and Design This course introduces the knowledge, process and prospects in the fields of regional and city planning, and architectural design.
2 PL1201 Communication and Presentation Techniques This course provides introduction, understanding and skill on communication and presentation techniques in the fields of regional and city planning, and architectural design.
3 GL21CD Introduction to Environmental Geology for Planning This course studies the role of environmental geology in the regional and city planning, covering aspect of geological resources and geological disasters which function as opportunities and constraints of development 
4 PL2101 Environment and Natural Resources This course studies the role of environment in the regional and city planning which function as opportunities and constraints of development 
5 PL2102 Spatial Pattern and Structure This course is one of basic courses in regional and city planning. This course will provide students with basic assessments of spatial planning organization; individual location determination; aggregate spatial pattern; social implications caused by it; intervention and prescriptions of location problems and spatial use.
6 PL2103 Introduction To Spatial Data This course will introduce the basic knowledge about map for spatial planning (map as an input, process and output for spatial planning process)
7 PL2104 Population Analysis  in Planning The importance of social and population aspects in planning, modernization and social changes and population implications, systems and analysis social, population as a subject and an object in planning, pattern and changes of population phenomena (size, distribution, growth, composition, employment, migration and urbanization) and their determinants, population analyses and their application in planning, population policy.
8 PL2105 Planning Methods I Learning the Statistical Analysis Methods for planning, starting from the Fundamental Concepts of Statistical Analysis, Descriptive Analysis to Inferential Analysis for one or  two variable simultaneously.
9 PL2151 Introduction to Economics This course provides students with skills and perceptions to understand economics of a region – macroeconomic structure of a region, micro-economic and individual behavior in a regional space- to be able to asses the economic capability and potency by considering external factor especially the correlation with other regions and the internal capability in public financing and private investment.
10 PL2201 Land Use Planning This course tries to study theory and practice in Indonesia in terms of land use planning in the context of regional and city planning arena. 
11 PL2202 Planning Methods II This course is a continuation of Planning Methods I and lectures on the basic concepts of analytical methods for planning in relation to the analysis conducted in the entire steps of the planning process (The Analytical Process of  Policy Analysis and Planning), either in terms of quantitative analysis or qualitative analysis.
12 PL2209 Planning Process Studio  To recognize and understand basic planning process, and to apply data collection process and analysis into planning information
13 PL2211 Housing System This course discusses theories, problems, and housing development potencies as a system related to social, cultural, technology, economics, and political aspects.
14 PL2231 Introduction to Urban and Regional Infrastructure  Discussing elements in  infrastructure and transportation as a system
15 PL2241 Planning Law This course introduces principles of law, legal frameworks of administrative law and their roles in planning.
16 PL2251 Urban and Regional Economics This course provides students with skills and perceptions to understand economics of a region —  macro economic structure of a region, micro economic and individual behavior in a regional space – to be able to assess the economic capability and potency by considering external factors especially the correlation with other regions and the internal capability in public financing and private investment. In addition to a broader regional context, the lecture also aims at the detail understanding of sectoral problems in a specific region/city. This understanding, through simulation or case study, will then be used as a consideration in formulatif an economic policy proposal for the region, and input for a broader policy especially in regional and urban planning.
17 PL3101 Social System and Community Development This course explains that community is the subject of a planning, and how to organize, network, analytical effort by the community to empower the community itself. The ultimate goal of community development is about the creation of a civil, prosper, and socially just society.
18 PL3111 Urban Planning This course provides understanding of urban planning both as theoretical and methodological concepts and practical aspect that is developed and practiced in Indonesia.
19 PL3119 Site Planning Studio for Residential Site Planning Studio provides basic understanding of site planning process and techniques, and trains students’ skill to produce residential site plan.
20 PL3131 Urban and Regional Infrastructure Planning Learning procedure and process, as well as method on infrastructure and transportation planning
21 PL3141 Development Finance This lecture introduces regional & city development finance efforts that have been carried out by both developed & developing countries, including Indonesia, based on their stages & conditions, especially to support sustainable development programs planning & implementation
22 PL3219 Urban planning Studio This course is a ‘training ground’ to develop prescription ability, apply theoretical knowledge, approach and analytical method of urban planning into real cases of a selected so that it can produce a planning product that will function as a guideline of urban development in the future. Specific concept or approach is selected based on objective/deductive consideration or based on the problems of selected cities. 
23 PL3221 Regional Planning This is the basic course of regional development planning that provides students with basic understanding and essence of regional development, regional growth theories, regional development concepts, and regional development cases in Indonesia.
24 PL3222 Rural Planning This course elaborates regional development in the rural context
25 PL3239 Urban and Retional Infrastructure Studio Studio aims to provide skills to students in the application of the theories and concepts of infrastructure and transportation planning  in case or a real problem on the scale of the city and / or region. Studio material is divided into 2 (two) parts, namely (1) the planning system infrastructure, and (2) transportation system planning and land-use-related issues.
26 PL3241 Development Administration & Management This course provides knowledge, understanding, and comprehension of development administration and management aspects, in concept and application, and their implications in the process and procedure of regional and city development in general, and spatial planning in particular. 
27 PL4101 Research Methods This course leads undergraduate students in the field of Urban and Regional Planning to prepare themselves in choosing research topics, how to research and produce research that is scientific, academic and adjust its capacity as undergraduate students. Deepening perspective with regard to the approach positivist, and post positivist research underlying many PWK and how to run the study.
28 PL4102 Planning Evaluation Techniques Planning evaluation techniques gives the students the basic knowledge and analytical ability to evaluate planning (ex-ante and ex-post). The course materials are divided into three parts. The first part is about the planning evaluation concepts. The second part is about planning evaluation methods and techniques, while the last part consist of planning evaluation practice, using contemporary issues.
29 PL4103 Planning Information System This course will explain the understanding of spatial information system as a basis for planning process.
30 PL4112 Urban Design  Urban design trains students in preparing urban design plan for certain functional objects and public space in a complete  3D form and urban design professional report 
31 PL4129 Regional Planning Studio In Semester VII, students are expected to have sufficient knowledge about various aspects of regional planning. This studio is intended as a place to apply all those knowledge to recognize, analyze and formulate the concept of regional planning using a real data. The region in this studio includes a broader concept  — a region which was administratively established or due to nodal or homogeneity factors.
32 PL4190 Internship The objective of this lecture is to give an opportunity for the undergraduate students to have internship field experience through implementing the theory in regional and city planning.  In this lecture, it is a must for the students to take part in regional and city planning activities, recognize and having precious experience in dealing with existing development problems.
33 PL4201 Planning Theory  This course discusses the theory, philosophy and process in planning procedures that underlie the process of planning and city or region where there is an understanding of instrumental rationality, communicative, radical approach, and conventional and, in the context of post-modern planning. this course learn about the bridge between theory and practice, the interpretation of the theory of spatial planning in the planning, evaluation, the role of planners and planning ethics.
34 PL4202 Development Control This course  introduces principles, concepts, and legal arrangement  in Development Planning Control and Spatial Planning, and its  field implementation 
35 PL4290 Final Project This course is the final requirement for the undergraduate students to finish the study at the Study Program of Regional and City Planning.
36 PL3001 Disaster Aspects in Planning This course assesses and looks at various disaster aspects that should be taken into consideration in regional and city planning process.
37 PL3002 Special Topic in Planning I  This course discusses a particular /special topic related to Regional and City Planning.
38 PL3011 Land Development This course tries to emphasize to the understanding of theories, problems and land development resource, and tools in terms of land development mechanism.
39 PL3031 Infrastructure and Transportation Economics This lecture provides the students on understanding the economic perspective of infrastructure and transportation and how to use this perspective in regional and city planning.
40 PL4001 Introduction to Tourism Planning To teach the understanding, component (supply and demand), factors that influence, impact, approach and process of tourism planning.
41 PL4002 Coastal Area Development This course discusses basic theories and practices of integrated coastal area development with the concept of sustainable development.
42 PL4003 Regional  and Urban Modelling This course is expected to be able to provide interface role on public aspiration dimension, in order to facilitate technical-analytical process and politician aspirations.
43 PL4004 Participatory Planning Concept and methods of participatory planning in the context of public planning
44 PL4005 Capita Selecta Capita Selecta is a series of lectures dealing with thematic, topical subjects in the field of Regional and City Planning,
45 PL4006 Special Topic in Planning II This course discusses a particular /special topic related to Regional and City Planning.
46 PL4007 City and Regional Innovation System This course explores elements and relations among actors in  creating and diffusing an innovation.  The understanding of  creation process, diffusion of innovation and its impact to the  urban and regional development will be explored. 
47 PL4008 Seminar in Futuristic Studies This seminar would teach students about Futurist Views and Perspectives, Characteristics of a Futurist Perspective, Time Periods for Studying the Future, Holistic/Systems View of Our Place in the Universe (as Systems within Systems within Systems), Key Subjects Studied by Futurists, Methodologies for Studying Change and the Future, Steps in Designing an Alternative Future World, in relation to regional and city planning.
48 PL4012 Urban Revitalization and New Town Planning A City is a concentration of people with their Life and Living. A growing city will create problems and responsibility of sufficiently provide the ever growing needs of the people living there.

This lecture will study the urban phenomenon and characteristics and development; The essence and considerations of Urban Redevelopment and to develop newtowns based on the needs of development related to the typology of newtowns either a supporting newtowns such as satellite newtown, residential newtowns of a self sufficient newtowns.

49 PL4031 Transportation Institution This subject equips the students with the knowledge of institution theory and its application in transport planning and implementation. Institutional understanding  in the context of transportation will be developed both in normative perspective based on theory and in regulation perspective based on forms of existing transport institutions.
50 PL4032 Transportation Modelling This course equips the student with the knowledge about basic principles of transport modelling and introduction to various transport analytical methods
51 PL4041 Introduction to Urban Finance Urban finance analysis examines the consequences of government/subnational government policy and the dynamics of fiscal policy among subnational governments on subnational economy and the welfare and interests of sub-national residents. More specifically, urban finance analysis concerns the consequences of urban government policy to efficiency and equity issues in open sub-national economy and spatial dynamics.
52 PL4042 Planning and Politics This course introduces the role of politics in the practice of urban and regional planning, which implies that the original planning of the conversion output by technical administrative and changing role of planners as agents of development
