Program Magister Desain Perkotaan bertujuan untuk menghasilkan desainer perkotaan yang terampil, kreatif dan profesional yang mampu mengambil keputusan dalam desain dan pengembangan perkotaan, bekerja dalam tim multidisiplin, menjunjung tinggi prinsip-prinsip etika dan kelestarian lingkungan, dan siap bersaing di dunia dan pasar global.

Career Opportunity

Graduates with a Master of Transportation (M.TR) degree are qualified to work as transportation planners for government agencies, planning consultants, property developers, research institutions, and non-governmental organizations.

Professional Membership

So far, there is no specific professional association for the transportation field. However, graduates can get involved in the professional engineering association (PII) and the Association of Planning Experts (Ikatan Ahli Perencanaan / IAP). In addition, graduates can develop their knowledge and practice through forums such as the Indonesian Transportation Society.

Field Lecture

The Master of Transportation Study Program regularly organizes excursions or field lectures to several agencies, companies that conduct transportation-related businesses, for example with PT MRT Jakarta, PT Transjakarta, PT Go-Jek Indonesia.

As a postgraduate student of ITB, there are several scholarship schemes that can be applied for, of course with conditions that are generally related to economics and academic performance. Post-graduate students can apply for scholarships from Sekolah Pasca Sarjana ITB atau dari institusi lain.
