SAPPD as a part of ITB’s International Inbound Programs organizes an international inbound semester exchange program that offers academic programs combined with a unique mix of cultures and geographies of Indonesia, particularly the city of Bandung. With the challenges faced, you are welcome to explore the future of technology and humanity with ITB.

Registration and Admission

Registration Procedure

All international students that are willing to join Short Term or Full Semester Programs shall register to the ITB Admission Office. SAPPD through its International Relation Office (IRO) will gladly provide assistance through this process. Students are encouraged to contact IRO SAPPD at IRO_sappd@itb.ac.id for further information.

For Visa requirements for participating on the programs, this is the general information:

Student from ASEAN countries:

  1. <1 month: No visa required.
  2. 1-3 month: Visit visa.
  3. >3 months: Student visa.

Student from non-ASEAN countries:

  1. <1 month: Visit visa.
  2. 1-3 month: Visit visa.
  3. >3 months: Student visa.

All international students shall submit all documents required by the ITB admission office, including LoA (Letter of Acceptance).

Furthermore, the ITB Admission office handles the registration and admission procedure for international inbound exchange programs.

  1. If you are a student from ITB’s partner universities, have your International Office nominate you to join the program via: iro@itb.ac.id, cc. iro_sappd@itb.ac.id.
  2. If you are a student from non ITB’s partner universities, you can submit your application directly to: https://admission.itb.ac.id/registration/nonreguler/
